Bash turned off the display to his phone, a sour look on his face. There was a part of him that had expected his sister to send him that message, she was never big on letting people copy off of her. What she did have a tendency to do, however, was hack into a database or two so that the people that she cared about could pass their classes. This was pretty much limited specifically to her friends and to his, but even then there was only so much that she could do before the people in charge noticed. In fact, he was sure that regardless of what magic she was going to be able to work, he was going to be turning in pitiful grade work at best, if he turned in anything at all. Truth be told, he was tempted to just skip the assignment, or ask for an extension. Oh shit, he forgot about extensions. Pulling up his email, he tapped out a quick message to his teacher asking for an extension. He made sure to play to all his strengths, finding the balance between charm and honesty, and recognizing that it was his fault. It didn’t take long for him to get a message back, and when he saw that she had actually granted him the extension, there was a wide grin on his face.
Was he definitely already planning on skiving off tomorrow under the guise of a “headache” that was definitely going to be self inflicted? Yes, yes he was.
Bash shot texts to both of his best friends, and then made his way to Dakota’s room, where the three of them agreed to meet. They might not be the most popular guys in school, but they were pretty damn close, though he was sure that the bitter and pathetic girls that they had used as pawns in their own little game would have a thing or two to say about that if they could.
Bash knocked on Dakota’s door, a grin already on his face. He had heard about the resident ice queen’s little trip back to the straight side of the sexuality spectrum, with none other than Dakota’s roommate, and he couldn’t help but feel a little smug. Wren had left them behind when she had decided to be in a relationship with Lyric, and he couldn’t help but wonder if she would come crawling back to them now that her girlfriend had gone and done something that all of them had been guilty of at least once. They weren’t the most loyal people in the world, which wasn’t really shocking considering they were literally playing a game to figure out who could date the most women and break the most hearts. Thankfully the only person who knew about the game that wasn’t actively playing was Wren, and she wasn’t telling anybody. Neither were the rest of the guys, since they were all involved; the perks of some good, old fashioned mutually assured destruction.
The door swung open, and Bash looked at his friends. “Alright mates, I got a weekend long extension on my computer science project, and have zero intentions of going to class tomorrow.” He stepped inside, nudging the door shut behind him “Please tell me you lot feel the same way, because I need to let loose and have some actual fun.”
Lennox MacAlistair && Dakota Chotke| I'm not sure what this is but I hope it's enough to get something started for these trash babies ♥
"Door's open," Kota called when he heard the knock on the door. He was lying on his bed with his back against a wall, beer in hand and laptop on his lap. He smirked when Bash started talking, shaking his head. "Email me the assignment," he said because he needed that shit on his own laptop with his adaptive software. He was not about to try to use Sebastian's. "And stop trying to get Scar to do the work for you. Christ, in what world would she say yes?" He'd need to bribe her pretty hard... and honestly, Kota couldn't even think of something that would be tempting enough to her. "What is it-- standard ninety line code? Java?" He could probably get it done in an hour.
"You do need to let loose," he agreed, another smirk crossing his face. "And I need some American friends. You sound so fucking posh today, dude." He reached under his bed and grabbed another beer, holding out toward where he'd heard Bash talking. He'd have already offered one to Lennox.
"Points," he began, clapping once and closing his laptop. "Get Cora back yet?" he asked Lennox, brushing his fingers through his hair. "Did you really go talk to her while she was working?" he added because that just sounded fucking impulsive. "I swear if you get her to fuck you I fucking give up." If that bitch was dumb enough to take Lennox back, that just wasn't fair.
Lennox leaned against the wall of Dakota's dorm room and took a deep drink of his beer. He was having fun trying to sneak in extra numbers or letters into Kota's code and see if he noticed. He leaned back against the wall, waiting to see if he noticed. The door swung open and in came the spiraling storm of English douchebag. One of his best friends in the world. Lennox pulled his phone out and checked to see if he had any text messages from Wren. He missed hanging out with her, and he really hoped that she got over this whole monogamous moral high ground thing that she was going on and on about. He put too much work into getting Orion and Lyric to fuck up for her not to.
"American friends? Get it right up yeh. Cause Americans have been so good for you in the past." He said, getting up for some weed from his backpack now that Bash was there. "Aye now, getting rid of the English cunt, that I get behind that, but me? I'm too much fun to get rid of."
Lennox grabbed the bowl, weed, and the lighter and returned to the comfort of the bed. Cora? Fuck no. She gave good head, the real desperate for approval kind. Considered giving her a second chance but she dumped coffee on me." He said with a grin, packing the bowl and making sure none of the resin got on other parts of the bowl. "Currently aiming for Andy, Naomi Torres's parasite?" He said with a grin at Bash, knowing that Naomi denied Bash for a point and was part of that untouchable caste of bitches that they didn't seem to get points from Naomi, Lyric, he was hoping to get the weakest link of them.
Bash laughed when Kota told him to e-mail the assignment, and pulled up his phone to do just that. He definitely wasn’t above cheating, and if his sister wasn’t going to help him, then he had no qualms about getting help from someone who would. Besides, Kota was just as good at coding as his sister was, and while he wasn’t going to tell him that—because that would knock him down at least five points on his internal masculinity scale—he could appreciate that Dakota would at least help him get a good grade. Everything else he could fake his way though, say that he was a bad test taker or what the fuck ever else, and if he tried, maybe he could be home within the next year. Of course, that was only if his father actually tapped him to take over the company, and to be quite frank, Bash had some doubts about whether or not that would be the case. Knowing his luck, his father would tap Prentice, which was something that he would never ever live down, and then he would have to figure out what the fuck he was going to do.
“I dunno, I told her I could get her a date with you and she didn’t exactly jump at the chance.” He grinned. “I think? Honestly I didn’t actually read over the whole thing. Sent.” Scrolling through his phone, he grinned as he shot off a quick text message to a girl he was stringing along, before tossing it down on Kota’s bed and following after it.
“Sorry mate, let me just change the accent I’ve had for the last 20 years so that you can feel like you’re surrounded by ungrateful colonists.” He reached out, taking the beer from his friend and opening, flicking the cap directly at Lennox as he joked about getting rid of him. “Oi, fuck off, without me you’re about as fun as a sandpaper handjob and you know it.” He took a long drink from the bottle that he held in his hand.
As the conversation turned to points, and specifically Lennox’s ex-leech who was so desperate for attention that she dyed her hair blue and tried to work a room at every opportunity. In his opinion, she should have been an easier score, but apparently Lennox hadn’t known how to get her to open up. He was certain that he could have gotten her to crack a hell of a lot sooner. “Fuck me, you went there while she was working?” That was a line he hadn’t even crossed with his exes, and he was both surprised and impressed that Lennox had. Not that it really surprised him, he remembered how his mate had talked about the desperate trash that was probably riddled in bedbugs. “Good head, huh? Maybe I’ll have to hit her up.” A devilish grin tugged over his lips. “Damn, she must be crazy. Nevermind, I don’t wanna put my dick anywhere near her mouth, she might bite it off.”
“Well, even if you don’t score a point you’ll at least get laid like a fuckin’ rabbit.” He chuckled, shaking his head. “She’s spent more time on her back than anybody I’ve ever met, and if the gossip’s anything to go off of, her sex drive is even higher than yours.” He tried really hard to not feel bad that he was bashing the best friend of the one ex that he cared about, and truth be told, he didn’t. Andy Hawthorne had never been his friend; if anything, he was pretty sure that she was whispering snide little bullshit in Naomi’s ear the whole time they were dating. Maybe that was why she hadn’t really been upset when they broke up. “Good luck with that one, mate.” He took another long drink from the bottle, thinking over Lennox’s question. He hadn’t really set his sights on any girl in particular, and in true Bash fashion, he had a couple of irons in the fire. “I’m looking into a few, not ready to commit to just one yet.”

"Hey," Kota shot back in response to Lennox's comment on Americans. "Idiocy doesn't discriminate." He couldn't think of many Americans who had been great for him, but he couldn't think of many Anythings that had been great for him.
"Thank you," he said when Bash offered to eradicate his accent. "That's all I'm asking for," he said with a smirk as he popped in one earbud and looked over the assignment he'd been sent at low volume.
He laughed, smirking toward Lennox when Bash... basically said what Kota was thinking. Sandpaper handjob... sounded about right. "He has a point," he said, taking another drink.
The conversation turned toward Cora and he was pretty interested at that point, shaking his head. Lennox was fucking insane sometimes. "Yea, dude, bad idea," he reiterated. "Did she at least lick the coffee up?" he asked, another smirk pulling at his lips.
"You'll at least get laid like a fuckin' rabbit." "Yea, and you'll also have kids like a fucking rabbit," he replied with a scoff, raising his fingers so that they formed an X in front of him. "Abort mission."
"Currently aiming for Andy...?" "Thaat's what Iii heard," he confirmed in a sing-song voice. "Smart. Bash can give you tips."
"What about you two?" "Working on it," he muttered as his fingers started typing up a storm in a coding IDE. "Almost had one on Tuesday but she bitched out because she "had a biology paper to write.""
He could have helped her out with biology. He was pretty sure he had touched more vaginas than she had.
"Seems to have hit you pretty hard, Bash. I could tell that myself." He teased, looking at his phone for a text from Andy. She was desperate for any sort of attention, and he was able to bring her back to his dorm that same night. Even Cora wasn't that desperate.
His friendship with Dakota and Bash was set in mostly that they were probably some of the only people who could tolerate the others. Lennox was occasionally difficult to be around, if he wanted to listen to anything that his siblings ever had to say about him.
"Just wait until you're both crying over the summer when your lives are boring without me." Sandpaper handjob was a pretty good insult and he had every intention of shooting back with something later, but for now he was going to let Bash stew in his word play victory.
Lennox laughed at Dakota's question and rubbed his hand over his face, "As talented as that tongue was, no, she did look like she was going to cry so that was funny." He laughed and leaned back against the wall, "To be fair, I forgot she worked there. One of the downsides of throwing a bone to the poverty at Phalanx."
Lennox threw a pillow at Dakota, grateful that his friend wouldn't be able to swat it away with as much ease as before he was blinded by a tease. "Don't wish that shit on any of us. Push her down the stairs myself if I have to." He promised, knowing that he would never be able to handle being a parent while at Primrose.
"Cause Bash was able to get so far with Torres? Didn't even get a point from that."
Lennox took a hit from the carefully rolled joint and passed it over to Bash, "You didn't offer to introduce her to a more advance biology? Seems like you're slacking over there Chotke, and Bash? Are you even trying? I have this competition in the bag at this point."
